1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and/or becoming a member of GDFA, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use GDFA's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. Membership and Registration

• Eligibility: Membership is open to freelancers and aspiring freelancers primarily residing in the Greater Dinajpur region of Bangladesh.
• Account Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. GDFA cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above requirements.

3. User Responsibilities and Code of Conduct

As a member or user of GDFA, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect other members and maintain a professional and supportive environment.
• Not engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Not use the platform for spamming, phishing, or any other unauthorized commercial communication.
• Not upload or share content that infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy rights of others.

GDFA provides various services to its members, including but not limited to:

• Networking opportunities and community forums.
• Skill development workshops and training sessions.

GDFA reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
